Pause between breaths
Breath is formless.
We emerge from formlessness into this world. Each time we breathe, we return to the
infinite void between being, existing and non being.?
As our chest expands and contracts with each breath, we feel the fullness within us as it arises and is being released.
Our inner and outer space as one.
We become aware that we are in the ceaseless process of becoming.
All that is you and yours, and ‘I’ and ‘mine’ is an illusion,
and we begin to see everything around us is part of us.
As without, so within.
